BOB’s Lobster sets out to challenge convention, stripping away white linen tablecloths and serving up seafood extravagance curbside on paper plates. The concept was created by Rob and the team behind Bedales of Borough to inject a fun and memorable food pairing into the casual wine bar setting. BOB’s Lobster launched in July 2013 as a street food and wine truck, getting their start trading in the evening time at Borough Market..
Meet Rob Dann, founder of internationally recognized BOB’s Lobster street food truck. Toast with a glass of bubbles to BOB’s opening its first permanent site ever, right here in SE1 & enjoy some snacks off of the playful street food & seafood-focused menu while Rob chats about starting a food truck business in London
This event is for the food explorers, budding restaurateurs & anyone looking for a laugh on how to do it all wrong but still end up smiling.
Taking place at BOB’s Lobster Wine Bar & Kitchen, part of the newly renovated archway space under London Bridge Station. A permanent fast-fine eatery and wine bar, serving seafood extravagance with a playful street-food twist perfectly paired with an epic wine list.
